VICENTE FOX QUESADA, President of the United Mexican States, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by Article 89, Section I, of the Constitution of the United Mexican States and based on the provisions of Articles 27, 31 and 38 the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 1, 4, 8, 12 and other related provisions of the Federal Law on Cinematography, It had to be issued the following:
REGULATION OF THE FEDERAL LAW ON CINEMATOGRAPHY
CHAPTER II OF THE FILM, TV and PRODUCTIONS

Article 14. The film producers for the filming of his movies, will have access to the federally owned property, abiding by the respective laws and without interfering with its regular use.
Article 71. To verify proper compliance with the Law and these Regulations, the Government House practice will verify with visits that deem necessary, complying with the requirements established by the Federal Administrative Procedure Law.
INSURANCE LAWS FOR FOREIGN COMPANIES
Legally they are committing a breach in the law when buying an insurance abroad for purposes in Mexico, this is established in the "General Law of Institutions and Mutual Insurance Companies" in its Article 3. Verse II Clauses 1), 5) and 6) for potential risks that could happen during production . That Foreign Production Companies hire insurances from their country of origin is commonly done by ignorance of the laws that prevail in our country, and for them the insurance contract might seem better, but they are unaware of what can be offered domestically, and you can even confirm by Insurers in the US that we have grant coverage that they do not give.
